Situated just behind the famous Greyfriars bobby, Tang’s is a cool, relaxed and seductive Sushi restaurant.
Food = 17
The Sushi was as good as I’ve had in Edinburgh, and included some interesting options.
Décor & Ambience = 16
A blend of Japanese Kitsch with old Scottish tenement.
Service = 17
Enthusiastic, accommodating and good-looking staff were unobtrusive, knowledgeable and polite. I would have liked for more continuity in who is waiting our table.
Value for Money = 11
Some of the portions were a touch bijou for western appetites.
